Our garage door (Black and Decker PanelPro) broke on Sunday—one of the steel cables snapped. ACT Garage Doors had it repaired by mid-afternoon Monday. Called Brad early Monday morning as garage goor decided to stop working Sunday afternoon. Unlike others I contacted, who told me it was the motor, he asked a few questions and said it sounded like the springs. He was here later in the morning, fixed the problem (yes it was the spring) and gave the door a good check up- all for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
